本醸造しょうゆをベースに、にんにく・コチュジャン・豆板醤を使用して、大人向けの上品な味わいに仕上げました。お肉を焼く前に数分タレに絡めて焼くもみダレと、焼いた後のつけダレとしてもお楽しみいただけます。余ったら、焼肉用としてだけでなく、野菜炒めや餃子、ハンバーグソースにも使えるすぐれもので、唐揚げの生地やコロッケのタネに混ぜ込んだり、マヨネーズに絡めてドレッシングにしても新しい味をお楽しみいただけます。
Based on authentically-brewed whole soy sauce, adding garlic, Gochujang and Doubanjiang for rich and elegant taste. Please use it both as barbecue dipping sauce/marinated sauce. Also excellent for vegetable stir fry, dumplings, hamburg sauce, and dressing sauce mixing with mayonnaise.
